Repositioning and redevelopment of 10,000 square foot Class B+ office building with excess land, five minutes from one of largest master-planned industrial developments in U.S.

 

Nordic Realty Partners purchased the office building located at 13303 Washington Avenue from an affiliate of Johnson Bank during January 2018.  Located on Hwy 20, near I-94, 13303 Washington Avenue is located in close proximity to the Foxconn manufacturing campus and immediately adjacent to the 156,000 SF industrial building leased by Foxconn in Mt. Pleasant Business Park. 13303 Washington Avenue consisted of a 10,430 SF versatile office/retail building plus surplus land (3.1 acres). Shortly after acquiring the property, Nordic Realty Partners sold the excess land and subdivided the existing building to create a multi-tenant investment property. The property was fully leased as of August 2018 and sold in January 2020.
